Worry-Free Heating & AC Maintenance

Don’t wait until your furnace fails in January or your AC quits on a 95-degree summer day. Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning offers HVAC maintenance agreements in Portland and the surrounding areas to keep your system running reliably and efficiently. With over 70 years of local expertise, we make it simple to protect your comfort, your budget, and your peace of mind.

Save Money and Avoid Stress with Routine HVAC Maintenance

When your heating or cooling system is working fine, it’s easy to forget about maintenance. But skipping tune-ups leads to higher energy bills, costly breakdowns, and shorter equipment lifespans. Emergency repairs almost always cost more than preventive care.

Regular heating & air maintenance helps you:

Catch problems early before they become emergencies
Lower monthly energy bills with better efficiency
Extend the life of your HVAC system
Keep your home safe, healthy, and comfortable

Recommended HVAC service schedules:

Furnaces – yearly
Air Conditioners – yearly
Heat Pumps – every 6 months
Water Heaters – yearly
